Ok, my "boyfriend" has been gone for his 6 month deployment. He supposed to been coming home sometime this week or last week. He never told me an exact date. So I called the ship and they answered. Does that mean that they are back in port???because when he was gone and i tried calling the ship no one answered the ship phone. I want to believe there is an explanation why i havent heard from him in 3 days through email or anything.

im in the navy and this is nothing unusual. some times (especially now at war!)you get into a workday schedule for oh like 20 hours then go back after like lets say 5 hours of sleep.it goes on like this sometimes for weeks. im taking it this is your first deployment togther no?im sure he is fine. if he is not filling u with any bs this last 6 months im sure you will be one of the first people he seeks out when her hits land

My brother spent the last 20 years of his life in the Navy. When he would get orders for his 6 month deployment, he would some times come back a few weeks early. Other times, depending on where the dep was, he would come back days.. weeks... or even as much as a minth later. And as for the ship phone, there are occasions where they are doing drills or something of the like and just can't get to the phone. Don't worry. Your little sailor boy is coming home to you.

Often when a group comes in from deployment, they have to go through a debriefing period....of they may just not be back yet. Take a deep breath. I'm waiting on my little brother to get back from his 6-month also.

he is busy believe me i got a brother thats in the navy i never get to see he alot
the most i seen him in my life was 6 months when he comes to saty with us he stays for 3 days and thats a little so trust me he will be busy most of the time and u know what it will be hard to contact him good luck if u wan to talk about it big_al@01.com its msn

All I know is guys like to play games and military guys can be worse.I f he's back,he's probably partying with the guys and drunk off his ace. Then his guy friends are probably giving bad advice like don't settle down with a girl.The more the merrier.
