If your Budgie bites you hard enough it will bleed where he bit you.
It's the same with any pet with a beak or teeth.

the reason your budgie bites you would be that he's no longer used to you, spent 10-15 min in line with day in front of it somewhat is cage. do something( study, knit )yet no longer inspect it at as quickly as interior the attention. after perhaps a week you're able to attempt lower back and spot if it bites you. And bear in mind once you get it out of the cage do it slowly. and you're able to as properly placed on a glove while taking it out, yet i'm unsure if wearing which could frighten it... solid success education your budgie! Sorry if this dosen't help

Quite unlikely it will break the skin. A female (hen) budgie bites down harder than a male ( co*k) budgie but not to my knowledge with enough force to puncture your skin and thus cause bleeding. I have been keeping and breeding budgies since 1972 and have been bitten literally thousands of times, and never had a skin puncture once.
Now a lovebird or a cockatiel is a different issue and they CAN cause bleeding as a result of biting.

Depends on how hard it bites. For such a small bird, they can give you a sharp nip.

I have been by lots of bird(feathered kind) but they have
never drawn blood.
the best thing to do with an angry or scared bird is use
an appropriate glove.
