I have a bottle of wine that I bought refridgereated. Can I take it out of the fridge for a while and then put it back in when I want? Or is it like beer and will go bad?

It should be good if it is not refrigerated. They sell them refrigerated because that is how it is supposed to be served. One thing you might do is get something to take the air out of the bottle. That will help your wind keep its taste. If youhave red wine it should be served at room temperature but most should be served cooled for the best result. If it is a sparkling wine refrigerating it wont help either. What makes them go bad is liisong the fiz just like soda which happens after you break the seal.

If you haven't opened the bottle it is perfectly fine to put it in the cupboard if it's taking up space in the frig.

Yes you can. White wines can be refrigerated easily. Do not refrigerate reds.

I drink white with fish dishes and red with meat. White should be chilled and red should be room temperated. White doesn't have to be chilled all the time if you haven't opened it yet.

It wont go bad right away. It will go bad if you leave it out long enough.

Good Luck!
