When I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled at once, I had to stick to the soft food for a few days. I found that tomato soup, cream of cheese, and even your brothy type soups are substantial. Of course you have all of your pudding options. Consider mashed potatoes, or slightly over cook some of your favorite vegies. Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches are always relialble, so long as you don't eat jelly with seeds in it. Let's see. Anything with pasta in it. or maybe some rice dishes.

If it's a wisdom tooth, it's not that bad. I had two pulled on the same side and was able to eat pasta that same day.

mashed potatoes, ensure is a good way to keep in the nutrients you need, jello, milkshakes(no straws!) chicken, stuff that you don't have to chew too much, it sucks, but it'll be better before you know it!
