Yes it will..its really slow today and keeps freezing and yahoo messenger won't work without it! arghhhhhh

Why don't you download Mozilla Firefox? I use it instead of I.E. and have never had any problems with it. It is also much easier to use and has a much nicer interface.... Give it a try!

Disable the antiphishing filter to speed it up. click Tools, Phishing filter and click Turn off automatic website checking. That will sometimes double your speed if you have a slow connection.

slow internet is related to your network traffic, and as of the second answer, you have to disable some of the fitures of the i.e.
By the way i.e.7 is great.
