This guy in my class told me that I was really cute when I was frustrated....what does this mean?

Take it at face value. When you appear frustrated, there is something in the way you act or appear that turns him on. Try no to read too much into it as it was probably merely his way of telling you that he thinks your fine (but needed an excuse to be able to say it).

I'm not a guy, but a woman with some experience... it means they like the way teh emotion of anger and frustration is displayed on you, a view into another person's emotions is very enchanting and endearing.
It shows you have power as well, being able to display something as strong as frustration and anger.

It means that he thought you looked cute. The question should be does he think you look cute when you are frustrated or cute in general.
