I think straight hair looks better anyways, alot better, but yeah GHD's curl the hair really well. The information booklet you'l have got with them, directs you exactly how to use them to curl your hair.

Hi if you have GHDS for staighteners, do you not know that you can curl with them, So you dont need any curlers. Its a bit tricky to get used to at first but once you have the hang of it the curls are beautiful. As for any other make of curlers i dont think any work. I got some of the newest ones out and they didnt do the job properly. So when i got my GHDs i read the manual and it said you can curl with them. So i went on the website and watched the video. and i admit its was the best curler i had ever used.

I love my velcro curlers (I think from avon -but any brand would work) No pins and they stay and just use a blow dryer to heat quick or leave them in while you get ready in the morning, of course my hair is medium, coarse, and wavy, so the type of curler you need probably depends on your hair type. And how much or how little products you use.

You can use your GHD's as curling irons too...check out the leaflet you got with them if you still have it.

Get ones that are ceramic or velvet. They are better for your hair and hold the curl longer. Try Remington or Conair. They both have good velvet ones.

Look at these three models:
