I am a man and very much in love with my....man, yes I am gay and not ashamed to admit it.
The love I feel for my partner is pure, the life we share is clean and productive, we have friends from all walks of life including Christians and we were married in a civil cerimony in Boston.
Why are so many religious people so discriminatory and afraid of this type of relationship?
We would not harm you, we are not pedophiles, we do not try to convert straight men into being gay, we do not look or act steriotypically gay but when we show affection for each other it freaks some people out.
If a straight guy can kiss his girlfriend in public I should be able to kiss my boyfriend in public too.

Damn straight. I hate all the religious and non-secular hate that is spread for homosexuals. My brother has a recently come out and I couldn't be prouder, nor do I love him any less than I did the day before. Plus I get another person to go shopping with!

If I were you I'd kiss your boyfriend right infront of the people it bothers most, just to show them that you are not affected by the lies and hate they spread.

I do agree. Love is amazin in any form and that should be the only thing that matters. I wish I had an answer to why people are so discriminatory but the only thing I can figure is that they are scared of the unfamiliar or they are hiding behind the Bible. I'm a Christian and I don't hide behind the Bible in anything, I just say what I believe. And I believe that two people who love each other should be together.

That scripture that the doorstep-Dad gave you... he took it out of context. It would not say what he's making an attempt too make it say. You did no longer say what your faith is, yet from what the doorstep-Dad says, that's sounds wierd and extraordinary. Sorry to declare this, in spite of the incontrovertible fact that interestingly like a cult, no longer a real Church. As a real believer what could desire to be counted maximum to you isn't no be counted if “he's the guy of your objectives.” What could desire to be counted to you maximum isn't any be counted if he's the single that God needs you to marry. that's one occasion the place you're able to desire to be controlled by employing your concepts, by employing what you recognize from the be attentive to God. you mustn't enable your coronary heart to take over the administration out of your concepts. because of the fact as Jeremiah 17:9 says, “the guts is deceitful peculiarly issues, and desperately wicked. Who can realize it?” Now, what could desire to you do in case you're already in touch in a relationship relationship with a non-Christian? Please do no longer enable it proceed. inspite of the incontrovertible fact that breaking apart would be a painful journey, that's greater valuable for you to undergo the soreness than to grieve the Lord your God. i've got not got self assurance that God will reject you in case you marry this guy or deny you going to heaven, yet... shrug, it is your call.

Homosexuality is found in every mammal including humans, it is not wrong it is a fact of life.
I am not trying to offend anyone but is it possible that homosexuality exists as a gift from God to make sure that all creatures on Earth have and are able to give love while at the same time preventing overpopulation.

Love is an emotion. It's rather vaguely defined. I suspect that the definition of love you are using includes such other emotions as respect, lust, commonality, committment, trust, and othes. What's more important than any emotion is the relationship you build, which goes beyond just emotion. It includes responsibility to each other, good communication, and the type of bonding one gets through working towards common goals.

Personally, I don't care what you do in public, or otherwise.

Good luck to you two.

Go you!

I'm happy that you've found love. I have a cousin who lives in Wyoming :( He's in his 40s and has alway been in the closet. He's a shy rancher - he'll never come out of the closet I don't think. It's very sad because I wish so much that he could find companionship and self-acceptance. It's very life-affirming to me that some people can find it, despite the crap society can put on them. Good for you and your lover! :) (And a lot of us liberals have got your back for gay marriage!)

unfortunately i dont believe in love as anything tangible. I feel it is a combination of hormones, pheramones and a bit of familiarity. I wish i felt differently.
