My hair is curely and frizzy and there isn't much of it. It's thin.

you would have to tease the top and then using a comb and a leave in comditioner comb over the area you just teased and it will create that volume up there and then just pull the erst back like normal.
at least that is what the picture looks like to me.

ps-if your hair is frizzy try garnier fruictis. it is good stuff and will help with the frizz

Print the picture and take it to your beauty parlor and show them and see if they can fix your hair the same as the pic.

consult a hair stylist... go to a salon and ask if you would need to have a rebond or hair relax ^^, or if you just need it to style it that way ^^,
