LOL initially it used to be used on women, when boys couldn't think of anything else to say when they've lost an arguement. Now, you can call anyone a *****, man, child, yourself. A biiitch would be someone you call when you find them being sarcastic and rude or a smart mouth, when called a biitch however, it means that you're probably confident and they couldn't handle you.

to alot of people, it means a female dog...but the proper meaning is a dog that is pregnant or just had puppies......i'm not quite sure how it came to be an insult to women...it's like confusing though, men also like to insult women by calling them C_ nt...but it don't make sense...why call a woman something they like to eat, and take pleasure in, but say it like it's an insult? And the women take it like that?

Well, I suppose you know about the "female dog" stuff. The dictionary says it's also a "spiteful woman" or as a verb, to complain. "Spiteful" is a desire to see others suffer or to cause harm to others.
