can anyone tell me what all we can eat while fasting...i know we eat fruits during d day and in d evenning can eat a meal but what exactly...like can it be a normal vegetarian meal or something else??? thanks

Eating meat anytime of the day is not fasting. You abstain from meat but the good news is you can drink all the Rum you want.

Not sure what kind of a fast you are on. A regular fast means no meat or meat products. A black fast means no dairy products or meat; even products containing dairy such as certain breads are off limits.

You don't even say if you are a Christian. Are you perhaps Jewish?

Although we normally fast on Wednesdays and Fridays, monks and some other people also fast on Mondays, hence my confusion here.
