Metastatic lesions in the brain can cause hemorrage by infiltrating the blood vessels, thus causing breaks or leaks in the vessels.

I have never heard of cancer spreading to the brain causing a cerebral hemmorage. Normally caused by things such as an aneurysm, arteriosclerosis, brain injury or an artery defect.

cancer metastasis is incurable it has nothing to do with cerabal hemorrhage
