If you have to ask, your employer is not doing their job.
On parts of the CSX railway system in the '80s, the engineers did not have access to a toilet. (Most other railroads had a flush toilet.) So, they were assigned plastic bags. The engineers proceeded to fill the bags, then toss them out of the locomotive. The railroad got complaints from the folks who received these bag bombs, so they started assigning the bags with numbered codes that corresponded to particular engineers and requiring them to account for their bags--full or empty--at the end of a trip.
I suggest that you demand the same from your employer, then the question will answer itself: dump in the bag, then proudly report your achievement to your boss. "Employee #2343 reporting #2, sir..."

Where do you work?
When the carpenter working in my house for 3 weeks kept doing his business and leaving a dirty toilet bowl it was disgusting. It's understandable if you have to do it but figure out a way to clean the toilet of streaks if necessary!

I used to be like you - hold it til I got home....
Not anymore buddy. I now proudly claim my stall, enter it and let rip. Screw it - life is too shart to deal with needing to take a dump. As long as the bathroom is clean, Im more than happy to foul the bowl...

I'd say go to the restroom and take care of business. It is not healthly to try and hold it for very long.

Stop being so paranoid and use the toilet, just make sure you wipe the seat before and put down the infamous *** gaskets, before you sit down.
