Fostering is different all over the world. Depending on where you live you need to look for Social services in your area. If you are in Canada look for CCAS or CAS Catholic Children's Aid Society or Children's Aid Society.
I am a foster parent and I love it! The smiles on the children's face are the greatest reward!
