They all become stags if they live long enough.....thats the trick, living long enough.

As far as i know a whitetail buck stays a whitetail buck all its life i have never heard that they turn into a stag or anything else unless they turn into STEAKS or JERKY now there is a smaller Elk like animal that is called a Red Stag but they are European
or other countries...........there may be a some in the US but mainly in game ranches..
