I think that the people who proliferate the barely-covered breasts would LOVE to show bare ones. But, the people who never wanted the barely-covered ones shown are still supressing as much as they can. Eventually they will lose and nudity will not be considered obscene.

I have no problem with breasts, bare or partly-bared, in public, except for two things:
1) Young children who have been brought up to regard certain parts of the anatomy as "private" would be shocked.
2) Drivers could be distracted and cause accidents.

Because the nipple makes baby and me think its feeding time.
Nipples should be only exposed at suitable times such as feeding time, bedroom olympics time and christmas time.
Hooray for boobs bare or barely covered regardless.
Why do men have nipples?

It has to do with the morals of the society. To not abide by them then becomes unethical.
If you were a tribe in Africa, this probably wouldn't be an issue. Same if you were at a nude beach.
Morals and ethics. They are important things which keeps things together when followed.

For the same reason that many places still arrest girls for having bare boobs...because our culture is incredibly uptight about something as simple as bare skin, unless, of course, it's used to sell commercial products or as entertainment to titillate guys.

If it's the nipple that we can't see, why can we see men's nipples? Out of the context of a big round boob, both men's and women's nipples are pretty much the same. Something doesn't add up here.
