I heard that if your hair fell out (black community) in a patch or something, you probably had "tetters"? I don't know if that's the correct spelling. Ideas?

The problem of tetters and so-called herpetic eruptions has been widely discussed on this forum. The rubric and sub-brubrics of "SKIN - ERUPTIONS - tetters" come from [b2.de] and were not in Kent's repertory. There is no satisfactory clear-cut solution because the english definition of tetters as "vesicular eruptions" does not even fit with the MM context: tetters can be dry, non-vesicular eruptions as well.
