Ok so im going to a family wedding (my aunties) i have long hair (a bit longer than bra) should i wear it down in loose curls, down straight half up half down or in an updo. Ive usally wear my hair down. I also have clip-in extensions which match my hair perfectly so when i curl it it still looks really long. So up or down?

I think this depends a lot on your face shape. Some people look wonderful with their hair up-but on some it looks frankly unattractive. Hair up will really accentuate the shape of your face. Partially up and partially down can look very attractive but your hair seems a bit long for this option...The hair extension idea with curls sounds very pretty, but you may want a consult with a hair stylist. Being a hairdresser and a wedding planner, first question to answer is: how formal of a wedding is it? 2nd: are you a part of the wedding party, or will you be in a lot of the pictures? If so, what does the bride suggest? What type of dress will you be wearing? Try both styles with the dress then determine what looks best. Take pictures of both so you can really take time with it!

My hair is very long and I find it gets in the way a bit.. Try taking it off your face and just have a few straggly bits down the front curled. There are so many ways you can take your hair back and make it look good!.. plus it's winter.. it's cold and wet and if wind / rain get to your hair when it's down then it will all go wrong!

i think your hair will look better if you wear it down in loose curls, or with half up and down with curls.
If the wedding is really formal, i recommend you an updo

its hard to say seeing as i don't know what you are wearing but i quite fancy the "down in loose curls look" but then again you say you wear you hair down quite a lot so maybe you should do something different with it? OK, this hasn't been much help, has it?!!

The rule of thumb that ive always heard is that if youre wearing a shirt with a collar on it you wear your heair up, and if not then down. but at a wedding ive heard that you dont want to take attention from the bride so down and curly would be very ideal and very romatic!

It sounds like you have really pretty hair so if I were you I would leave it down! Show off what you got .. LoL! But in the end it is up to you .. you should always do what you want!

i would wear it down in curls hun as u will get more attention and if youre single u may find some1 nice at the wedding and men do love long hair! (speaking as a girl with long hair myself)!
