You have dry skin.
Put lotion on . I recommend Cetaphil .. you can buy it at Walmart and it is Dermatologist recommended. It's a little expensive though. Make sure you get a lotion without Mineral Oil.

Make sure with a health professional's help that you aren't allergic to anything. If you're suffering from eczema, see a homeopath for a long-term cure.
But if you're just suffering from really, really dry skin, then take more fish or Omega oils. Avoid perfumed bath or shower soaps. When you step out of a bath or shower, while your skin is still wet, put a few drops of baby oil in your hand, rub your palms together and then run your hands all over body. After that, towel off the excess water. Use hydrating body lotions for very dry skin afterwards, or just a thin layer of plain petroleum jelly. At night, apply some almond oil all over before bedtime.
A light sheen of plain Crisco is also good for dry skin.

Ahh winter time is here. The cooler air, heavier clothing and use of heaters cause the skin to dry and becomes itchy.
Several things you can do. Use fabric softener, drink more water, use an air humidifier and use Aveeno Moisturizing Lotion after a shower. Its the best lotion, something about the oatmeal makes your skin feel yummy and stays soft a long time. Get the kind with the green label.
And don't scratch!

Winter is horrible for skin with the cold weather and then the heat inside drying out the skin. Drink lots of water and find a really good body lotion.
Mary Kay has TimeWise Visibly Fit Body Lotion that my friend swears is the only thing that helps her with the dry itchy skin in the winter.

Dry Skin! Could be caused by the dry air inside your home/work or school and or the soap you use.
check out a few of these natural products at http://www.swissjustusa.com they have body washes and lotions as well as a product called lamelloderm that is great for anyone with severe skin issues. I think that the right product will solve your problem!

Shower with a very mild soap like L'Occitane Milk Soap. There are no harsh detergents in it.
Humidify your house.
Shower with warm water, pat dry but leave a little moisture on your skin.
Then apply hypoallergenic Alba Botanica very emollient lotion mixed with a little of their organic Kukui Nut oil (as long as you are not allergic to nuts). You may have to shop online to find it.
This regime works for me and I live in the cold north! I have been using their products for years bc I have very sensitive skin.

Use Aveeno Skin Relief Moisturizing Lotion. I have the same problem and this is the only lotion I've found that actually does exactly what it says it'll do. It continues to work for 24 hours. Love it, wouldn't get through the winter without it.

Just to let you know...you've got a bad case of dry skin. Get a really good mosturizer for your face, baby oil for you during your bath, a good heavy lotion for healing (something with oatmeal in it). That should help! Dry skin gets worse in the winter too.

Winter time is notorious for zapping the moisture out of your skin. Try some cocoa butter or body cream - Bath and Body Works has some great smelling body butters.

Chances are it's the cold weather making your skin drier and itchy. My suggestion a really good moisturizer. Something specifically for dry skin. Good luck!

Try lotion that has lots of moisturizer in it. During the winter time, skin can get really dry. Also, it may help to drink lots of water.
