Will a factory cd/reciever off a 2000 Grand Cherokee fit and be able to fuction in a 1998 plymouth neon?

it can, but you might need to get the plug adapter... since it was all the same company for a long time, it should be the same plug. make sure you plug both the sterio and the antenna wires back into the radio, or it wont' work. Check with CARTOYS if you need the plug, they sell ALL of them.

its just plug and play, no adapter required.

i installed a 2000 Dodge Ram stereo into a 1995 Dodge Dakota, all the plugs were the same.
