I'm not looking for testing sites, but sites that teach you what you need to know to get your Technicians License.

I not sure you may find something. I just bought a Book at Radio Shack. I think it was FCC Technician No-Code. It get you the License and then in time if you want you can learn the Morse Code and progress to a better license that allow more Frequencies.
How I studied the book. I read through and answered and looked at ALL the answers as it would tell why one was correct and the others were wrong. After that I just study the Question and Correct answer. And I read over the educational part. Then I went and took the test and got my license. At the time the book was about $10.

that's called the Federal Republic of Germany. you could spend as long as you like there and there are no longer any expenditures for language classes. i've got been employing it for 21 years now and my german is getting incredibly sturdy. Blessed be. Karma Singh
