First of all, there is only one way to be baptized. That is full immersion in water. For an example, see Acts 8. Therefore, I was baptized in the only way that is really baptism, immersion.

I was baptized after I became a Christian at the age of 15. I was immersed. Both my children chose to be baptized - my eldest at age 18, my youngest at age 16 - they were sprinkled.

immersion, it's what Jesus Christ did, and it's all about Him. HAS to be done AFTER accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. The baby baptisms and the like, well, they might as well break out the soap and shampoo, because that's the only good that will come out of it. It means nothing without confessing with your mouth that Jesus Christ is your Lord and Savior.
