One of the things you do is look at the amount of sugar you are in taking. Sugar causes nasty breath. Most people believe gum and breath mints are the way to go, but what most don't know is that unless they are sugar free they are going to make your breath worse in the long run. If Sugar isn't the problem. Talk to your dentist and or doctor it could be a sign of a mouth disease or of diabetes
Have a GREAT day!

Floss, brush your tongue and take digestive aids such as papaya enzyme or Alfalfa tablets to neutralize the PH in your body.
Bad breath is 1/2 digestion problems and 1/2 poor dental hygiene.

Well, there are several herbal solutions you could try. Parsley can be used by minimizing odors associated with garlic and onion intake, however it must be fresh not dried. Sage can be used; it dries excess secretion like mucus and is used commonly for gingivitis and sore throat. Cloves and thyme can also be used. You could try drinking often 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, sugar and salt mixed in water. And also gum, breathmints, and excessive use of mouthwash do not work but can worsen your situation. And finally, if these remedies do not work, consult your dentist or physician if your breath is increasingly bad.

Don't smoke, for one. Of course, one should brush (tongue included) minimum twice a day, floss, and use mouthwash. Periodical trips to the dentist is always advised and eat less food with refined sugar. Make sure you eat your veggies and drink in moderation. This should pretty much eliminate bad breath and promote better overall health.

Some of the simple things are to remember to brush your tongue and teeth after every meal. My husband finds that gargling and rinsing with Listerine is very powerful and effective as well. Drink more water too as it will flush germs and food particles that can cause odor out of your system entirely.

You can buy pills at the GNC store that kill odors coming from your stomach..Like for when you eat onions and garlic. But you also have to make sure that you brush/floss/use mouthwash.
