Listen to your gut instinct and go with it. Instinct is usually right when it makes you uncomfortable. Get yourself out of that situation, regardless of what your friends say. If it makes you feel emotional or physical pain, if it makes your stomach churn, if you get butterflies....listen to that feeling and don't question it. It's always better to be safe than sorry!

when you feel hurt like there's nothing that anyone can do. your stuck hurt for the rest of your life when you wont even be happy around the one person who you trust and respect and get along with that is when you know your in a hurtful situation

When you feel hurt. When you look hurt. When you have to ask. When your good friends or family have disappeared. When someone gives you knots in the stomach for all the wrong reasons. When you're being controlled and manipulated. When you're afraid to leave them because you know it'll make them angry. When you tell yourself you can change them into someone better.
Just Stop. And Listen - to your inner voice. There's someone around to help you out of this cycle. Accept their help.

I can just advise you to leave the situation. It is very difficult to leave and move on but once you have although sometimes you regret it, it has more ups than down being alone. Get comfortable with yourself and love yourself. You would see how much better you feel in the long run.

When you feel hurt! Talk about it to your friends or family and get out of there if you do feel hurt. You have your right to feel hurt whatever the reason and you deserve better.

When you hurt because of what someone has done to you - emotionally or physically. When you try to talk to them about it and they can't listen. That's when. And when you are in one, get out of it as quickly as you can before they can hurt you more.

When things go against the way you would treat someone else,when someones taking advantage of you,when someones physically,mentally or verbally abusing you,when your selfesteem is reaching a low,when you're depressed/angry all the time...
