Many patients ask me how they can slim down. I am against prescription pills because I prescribed them many years ago, and some of my patients became very ill.
I now recommend that people eat right and exercise. However, if they would like a little "help", I now recommend Hoodia (it's important to note that not all Hoodia works well, even if the bottle says "pure" or "standard".

Drink lots and lots of clean water. Water flushes out your system. Don't overdo it - but just drinking lots of water without exercising or changing your diet is enough to make a huge impact. Replace your sugary drinks with water. Don't starve yourself - not worth it and you'll end up binging then. It's important to make sure you're getting protein and fiber. But don't overdo it on those either. It's safe to lose a a bit of weight weekly but if you push it - you could end up with blood sugar issues, diabetic coma, even if it is just this once. Don't damage your body in the process - it's not worth it. This is how they think Terri Shaivo ended up in the nursing home. If you try this just once in an unhealthy way - you'll be tempted to do it again and you could end up with an eating disorder. You need to address the reason for your need to lose weight fast. If it's a guy - he's not worth it. If it's a party - it's not worth it. If you just want to be fit and trim - you've got to make lifestyle and dietary changes and add a healthy exercise routine with the approval of your doctor.

Well first of all it depends on your metabolism, if you have a fast metabolism then the quickest way to lose weight is eat very little and exercise like crazy (I would really prefer that you do not do this but you asked so i am answering) however if your metabolism is slow your best bet is to eat balanced meals and exercise. See what happens when you have a slow metabolism is your body stores everything that you give it. you think that not feeding your body would make you lose weight but it is the opposite when you have a slow metabolism. Your body then trys to hold on to everything that you are giving it. So really it depends on your body. Hope that this helps!

The Atkins Diet with exercise works fast and effectively. There is no better diet than Atkins to burn fat especially in the trouble areas like your stomach and thighs. The Atkins diet is a high protein diet with very little to no carbs. So no sweets no breads, no starches etc. It is mainly meat and veggies.

walk places and climb stairs dont use lifts park your car further away from places so you walk some of the way and eat little amounts often in stead of snacking in between big meals

My friend was obese and he became anorexic with this diet:
1)don't eat candies
2)don't eat pastries
3)don't eat fast-food
4)skip the dinner
5)drink a lot of water
6)sit-ups
7)push-ups
8)don't drink coca-cola
