I sometimes bake pork chops with small potato wedges and sliced onion. I pour cream of mushroom soup over it all and pop it in the oven. This cooks for about 1/2 hour to 45 minutes, depending on how thick the chops are. (at 350 degrees)
I like to cook them on the grill and brush on BBQ sauce after they are cooked, so the sauce doesn't burn. This doesn't take long, but it depends on how thick the chops are again.
Check out all recipes. There are a lot of good and easy pork chop recipes there.

FRIED: season meat w/blk pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and season salt. Serve with corn (creamed or regular)/corn on the cobb, green beans, spaghetti, mashed potatoes etc...& ur choice of bread
basically heat ur oil high to med high, careful not heat it too much lol and fry them in a skillet ( you can base the meat in flour before u fry to give a different texture and slightly different taste, however w/o the flour would be healthier).
SMOTHERED: season and fry as u would previously. drain most of the grease from skillet, chop onions over meat, add water, spoon full of flour, to make gravy ( this may vary depending on how much gravy u want) let cook on low for 5 min. on top of the stove...cover and throw in the oven for 10 - 15 min. on 250. serve with mashed potatoes (and gravy from meat), green beans, maccaroni and cheese, rice, rolls, etc...
when preparing smothered pork chops, it's probably best to fry them in flour...
im southern i know lol, but it's really yummy, so enjoy!!

I just marinate it with a little vinegar and soy sauce with tons of garlic in it, a pinch of salt and maybe some red wine, then I either barbecue it or i fry it. I like it fried.
