...do black folk have? May seem like a dumb question, but dandruff is always depicted as white, so is this to reflect the western majority in advertising, or is it because it just is white, regardless of the skin colour? but then if it's dead skin cells, surely it wouldn't be white from black skin...? dandruffy black folks, I need your help!

First of all, I think that this question is some-what offensive. U were rude in the way u worded it...
Secondly, dandruff is white-colored, period. That's all it is is dead (or dry) skin cells. When African-Americans get "ashy", their skin is white-colored...it's dry. When Caucasians get "ashy", their skin is white-colored...it's dry...u just can't see it as well on white people.

dandruff is just dead skin cells, they will be whatever colour your skin is so if your skin is white they will be white if your skin is black it will be black.
