i just love eating broccoli and i have just discovered low fat recipe of broccoli which i love. i want to eat it everyday. is it good for health?

recipe includes spinach and broccoli as main ingredients, rest are herbs and i tbspn oil.

Yes, it is okay to eat it, like others have said its just really important that you eat a balanced diet, so make sure you are getting other foods in your diet as well. Some people have a problem with broccoli causing gas, just be aware if you start having problems that could be why.

Sure it is. Broccoli is near the top of the list for green vegetables (spinach being #1), and green vegetables are EXCELLENT for your health. So go ahead and eat it every day if you like.

Of course!!! I went through a phase when I only had steamed broccoli and asparagus every day because I loved it!
You'll switch vegetbales up after a while but go for it! :)

yep, brocolli's very healthy - so you'd struggle to eat too much of it :) I guess if you ate kilos of brocolli you might get an upset stomach, but aside from that enjoy your brocolli. Oh yeah, and have you tried fresh brocolli raw - very tasty that way, too.

Of course, you should eat a varied, balanced diet anyway. So eat other things as well as brocolli, and make sure you eat some protein and fat.

Broccoli is one of the best veggies you can eat--loaded with vitamin c and calcium and iron. You can eat it every day, but I don't know what else is in your recipe.

Um......yes. Why wouldn't it be? Unless you are putting a lot of fat in the recipe...why couldn't you eat it every day?

Of course.....you will have ROTTEN gas.

Dark green vegetables are VERY good for you.
The colored vegetables all have specific vitamins that are needed by the human body.

Eat all you want.

As long as you eat other ranges of food also, I don't see any negative issues arising.
