No don't use them they have adjectives in them dangerous for dogs.
If puppy has a serious ear rash call Vet.
Or take puppy into Pets Mart and they can tell what is safe for it...

No it isn't harmful. And a puppy cannot lick it's own ears. However the mother dog can and will. Is the puppy still with it's mom and litter mates.? The pup might rub his ears against your rugs and furniture so a protective cone is a good idea. You might also want to see your vet and ask for a good ear wash solution and use it as well.
