He always wants to touch me like hold my hand or hold me when we go to sleep. He goes where he says and comes home when he says he'll come home. He does things for me around the house without me asking him to. He goes almost everywhere with me. He looks at women's butts everyday on the Internet. When he talks about the future, he puts it in the first person singular. He hasn't told me he loves me.
What's the verdict?

He sounds like a very good man,give him time.You should be lucky,many men don't just do things or keep their word unless they want something.He might be one of those who don't know how to express themselves in words and is showing you in other ways...

I thinks its that he is content for the moment, but not yet sure if your the one who he wants to be with forever. If he thought you were the one, sorry to say, he would say we, when speaking of the future. As for the butts, a lot of men look at that stuff on the Internet, that alone would not mean he does not love you.
I would just ask him what he sees for you guys in the future. If he says he is not so sure, dont waste your time and find a meaningful relationship. One will potential.

well it seems he does but you need to keep a heads up because you never know he might have douts about you? Why does he looks at girls asses in the internet ? He might do everything the way he does it so you wont suspect anything/ GOOD LUCK!!

We would need more information to properly answer your question but what you state, he seems to be addicted to butt and/or pornography. Porno addiction can ruin a relationship, make sure you confront him about this. The fact that he uses "I" instead of "we" should also be a "red flag" and you should be VERY careful and about your relationship with him and its future.

He is probably afraid of commitment, and he sounds like he has strong feelings for you, depending on his age, if he is under 24, he isn't ready for that type of thing, but cares greatly about you

People don't always believe what you say, but they always believe what you do...sounds like he shows you he loves you. I bet he doesn't want to say it until he "really" means it. Ask him if he see's you in his furture. Can't hurt.
