My cat also liked to sneak into the tumble dryer and we turned it on while the poor thing was inside – we got her out pretty quick smart though! Meeeeoooowwwwwwwwwrrrlll!!!!!!!!!!!I On a couple of occasions I found her sleeping on my face when I was a wee kid - she nearly suffocated me - perhaps this was revenge for the tumble dryer!

Also, I’ve found that a couple of my friend’s find that their black cats love to sleep on paper! Like single sheets of it or newspaper. I can’t imagine it being that comfy, but they love it. I wonder if that is particular to black cats? Probably not : )

There is no such thing as a strange place for a cat to sleep. They will sleep anywhere! My cats sleep in large potted plants, on top of the refridgerator, in the middle of the hall way, on the backs of sofas, anywhere they can find a large enough spot!

Mine love anywhere high up. They regularly try to beat each other to the top of the wardrobe because once one is up there the other wont go! They're quite happy to nap together on the sofa though but the wardrobe is special... ?!

One of them has started to show an interest in the washing machine but I'm trying to discourage that as I have visions of accidentally washing a very unhappy cat.

They also have a love of suitcases and bags in general, anywhere they can sneak inside of and hide in comfort.
Ah ma boys, love the little monsters.

It's the warmth that they like. My little prince, Rikki used to sleep on the aquarium roof which was a piece of metal supporting the lights, quite oblivious to all the fish swimming around a few inches underneath him. He came on holiday with us by mistake once because he fell asleep in our camper luton (bed over the driver) while we were packing and didn't wake up til Somerset.

My cats used to love sleeping on the shed roof in summer and the TV in winter if they managed to 'win' the spot. My Burmese used to let herself in the bedroom and open the sliding door on the under-bed storage for a nap!

I don't have a cat but, there is one in my neighbourhood that always like to sleep under my car on the back wheel!!

Every day I am always on the look out for this cat around my car so I don't run over this cat!!

I have a video chair in my room a small one and both cats will lay on it with their back end on the top and their front end stretched out across the back on the chair. sometimes one will be stretched out on the bed and the other will sit on top of the one sleeping and then fall asleep standing up on the other cat. lol

Cats sleep anywhere
Any table, any chair.
Top of piano, window ledge,
In the middle, on the edge.
Open drawer, empty shoe,
anybody's lap will do.
Fitted in a cardboard box,
in a cupboard with your socks.
Anywhere! They don't care!
Cats sleep anywhere.

On top of my kitchen cabinets, in a dresser drawer that he can open, in the bottom of my nightstand, under the comforter on my bed, on a ledge that is 10 feet off the ground in my living room.
