file a replevine order in local county courthouse

if the person tries to sell the car with you as lien holder you will be notified by the dmv...all fees of the lien have to be payed to you before the car can switch hands.

Contact your insurance provider. Let them know what is going on and they will tell you what is necessary to do.

call the police and report it stolen.You own it or owe the bank for it
