Without the spirit and the manifestations of the spiritual universe, there is no life.
What do You think is animating and controlling things in the material universe?
Even your computer will do absolutely nothing unless someone programs it and you operate it !
You are a spiritual being, everything else is matter energy space and time. You are the one who puts order and control into the material universe.......... or not.
Take a look at the increasing degree of chaos around you, it's an exact measure of the increasing denial and negation of the true spiritual nature of man.

Yes it is part of life. Becuse our life is spiritual and temporal simultaneously. There are some who donot have the awareness of the spirituality in them and in others. But that does not negate its existence. There are many for whom a certain smell, a certain melody has no existence. Just an unawareness.

Spirituality is a part of our life. When you want to reach god, spirituality and humanity is the life. It is how the way you want it.
It doesn;t mean , if you are with wife or husband and trying to reach god cannot be done. It can be while you both understand eachother.

It should be. Even if one is a staunch atheist, does not believe in spirits, the supernatural, gods and goddesses, etc, the world we exist in is one we communicate and think about in symbols.
For example, I'm about as atheistic as it gets. However, I still do vision quests. In my case, I use either pain or a combination of hyperthermia and exhaustion to push myself into an altered state of mind where I turn inward and find Fenrir Wolf of Norse mythology. I do not believe Fenrir is real or that the Aesir are preparing to wage Ragnarok upon the world. However, Fenrir is a powerful representation of the Wolf symbol, and one deeply ingrained into my past and present, so this symbol is deeply meaningful to me.
It doesn't matter if Fenrir is real or not, if it's genuine supernatural revelation or just a hallucination brought on by pain or firedance, what matters is the inward journey and the truths the experience reveals.

It is part of my life and many others but as a society, America is far from spiritual. Capitalism, consumption and pursuit of pleasure does not lead to spirituality.

My spirituality is the most important thing in my life.
If I had no hope for a life beyond what the five sences tell me; I would be VERY depressed amd find life boring and tedious.

spirituality is to emancipate our soul - atma. when we adhere to the tenets of our karmic duties help us to attain salvation. for internal peace we must have faith in one particular aspect - why dont we repose our faith in spiritual guidelines and make it as a part of life for harmonius and meaningful existence on this planet - the Earth.
