i have to go to the doctor on Wednesday and i want to weight about 5pounds less than i do now! i need serious answers so i can lose it .....please help me.

There is absolutely no safe way to lose that much weight in that little time. Any methods that suggest not eating or using diet pills or taking any other pills will actually do more damage to you than to an adult because your body is still developing. You could completely destroy a part of the development process. I know it's not what you want to hear but you should be completely informed before you make your decision.

But whatever you do, please _don't_ drink a ton of water. If you drink a hugely abnormal amount of water you could suffer an electrolyte imbalance and this can be fatal. Not eating just makes the possibility of dying this way even more likely. Perfectly fit people have died this way.

I did the whole obsession with losing weight thing and did it unhealthy. It's a hard habit to break. I have to watch out and make sure that I eat a variety of foods and stay at a healthy weight for my height and that I don't go lower. So I can say from experience that you won't feel any better about yourself when you hit your magic weight. Because first of all if you think you're fat at 107 pounds you'll never hit a weight that you think looks good. And even if you did hit a weight you think looks good, by the time you reach it people looking at you will think you're ugly because you will look like a skeleton to them. It boils down to that you can't trust your own eyes right now because you're seeing fat that isn't there. You have to trust other people's eyes for now.

For all the reasons you would need to weight 5 less pounds, I can't imagine why it would be to see the doctor! They are health care professionals and losing 5 pounds in three days IS NOT healthy! Just go to your appointment and weigh in at your weight and then lose the five pounds properly with healthy eating and exercise. Depriving yourself of food entirely can actually make you lose LESS weight than if you ate properly, but reduced your caloric intake. Additionally, it is dangerous to go without water- I had a friend who ended up in the hospital b/c of dehydration. If you eat healthy and exercise for these three days you could healthily lose a pound, but 5 is too many. Do it properly.

No chips, no sodas, no sweets, no fast food, etc... Go on a low fat diet and low calorie diet too. Eat salads with low fat salad dressing. They are really good if you put salad crispins, bacon bits, and croutons on top. Most healthy cereals and skim milk are low fat. I put a chicken thigh in the steamer tray of my rice cooker adding curry and garlic, etc. I also put a pork chop and potatoes etc.. with a little water in an oven safe glass roasting dish for 30+ minutes at 350 degrees. I feel better eating this way, and it's cheaper too. I eat popcorn from a hot air popper. Drink water, juice, and skim milk. I keep a pitcher of water in the refrigerator. It's easier to go for than going to the sink.

You can go get a body wrap from like a sauna and drink alot of water.....this removes alot of water weight and ur skin also feels better this is not permanent but to keep it off u gotta drink alot of water because ur body retains water when it feels dehydrated. its similar to the sauna but its more effective cuz u can only stay in a sauna like 15 minutes but there is no limit to how many body wraps you can get

Eat boring stuff like fruit & veggies for 3 days & exercise. Drink a truckload of water.

Wow! I hate to say it too, but not eating might do it. However it is very unhealthy to lose more than 2lbs a week. If you don't eat for 3 days please at least drink water and take vitamins.

eat nothing for those 3 days and run 8 miles a day... you might need to drink some water

Exercise + no food until then. a good lax will help too
