Contractors, approx how much would it cost to sand & polyurethane rough hard wood floors?

They have been covered with carpet for years but I will pull the carpet & prep the floors. I live in WV where the contractors are typically cheaper than bigger metro areas. Thanks

Figure on about $3.00 to $4.00 a You may want to consider covering the floor with laminate flooring if money is an issue. They just snap together without nails or glue.
