This is for use by my mother at her retirement home, the dining room does not sell wine but you can bring your own. She asked for a single-bottle carrier she's seen. I have looked under wine-caddy, wine-carrier and have not found what it is.
NOT an outdoor take-on-a-hike carrier.
Thanks

Is it like a cooler? I've got a basket type thing, which is for a single wine bottle. It's a small basket with a wrought iron type handle, it's long and sort of decorative. I bought it at a specialty wine shop that sells wine racks and what not.

I think you are looking for a carafe or decanter they come in many sizes and are used to serve and aerate wine. They range in price from low to very high but will all accomplish the same thing. They are easily available at most department stores. Good Luck!

the container store has some great neoprene (wet-suit material) totes. They are really great. All the wineries in Napa Valley love them.

it may be a caraf - it holds any fluid to be consumed and is often shaped like a jug or vase or even a bottle

Try "wine sack".
