my vehichle is over 130,000 miles and i dont think the fuel filter has ever been changed.... how do i locate it and change it out with a new replacement...

It located under the car if I remember its about under the drivers feet. You need a special tool to remove the fuel lines from the filter. You can buy it from any tool place Sear shucks etc. It not it the easiest place to get at if your on your back. It may be something you want to have a shop do for you.

Fuel filter in the back in front of the rear wheels. There are 2 plastic clips you remove, to remove the fuel lines.
Filter should be changed every 20,000 miles
