Did she say she was busy just for the night? If she did, then call her back and ask her again however if she is dating that guy you would be better off leaving that one alone. Find someone who is not with another guy. Good luck!

Just keep asking once in a while. Call, have a conversation, deepen the interest by just letting her know you're there and forming a solid friendship, then casually drop an invitation every couple of weeks. Low-pressure type invitations, group things and the like, maybe not something so "solid" as going for dinner or drinks. Free or cheap things like art festivals or whatnot are good bets. That's what my husband did - though I wasn't dating anyone, I was just determined not to date! :) Eventually I said a tentative yes to going to a free college roller-skating thing, and had such a good time the next time he asked me out I said yes without hesitation. Good luck!

u know it could be various things that happened between the time u met her n the time u called her, like she said she met someone else. In my opinion u should tell her outright that since the party u r interested in going out with her, getting to know her better and see what she tells u.

Obviously you thought u attracted her, but in reality, she probably wasnt attracted to you, that's why she isnt going out with you. Man, the problem is you meet one girl and you are hooked on her. Let me tell u somthing stop thinking about wat one girl thinks and concentrate on meeting more girls. If you stop caring about what a girl thinks, then trust me man, girls will come 2 u. I thnk you were acting too clingy and too forward, you were probably boring to talk with as well. THe only way you can attract a girl is if you are confident, funny, and INTERSTING. Man trust me its not about the looks, i dont have the looks, but i get the girls. Its all about how you act around them, either you are scared and timid, and act that way for the rest of your life, or u take inititive and start talking to ALL the girls at the party and not just one, move on, stop feeling sorry for urself. hope those words helped

Take it like a man and don't bother her. If her current relationship ends and she is interested, she will look you up. If you keep pursuing her after she said no, you will look like a creepy stalker. Someone else moved faster and got the girl, and you are just SOL. Good Luck!!

Lay off. She either really does have a boyfriend or she's a tease. Don't get yourself into either.

Move on and look for someone else. Once she's free again - maybe she will call you.

Leave it be. She may have just been polite, but she obviously doesn't have any real interest in seeing you.

Forget about her. You do not need to be 2nd to anyone.
If she wants to be with you let her now call you

Just let it go. If she is interested, she'll call you back.
