How do you know when a guy is interested, My boyfriend of 4months is not a romantic so he doesn't show his love with gestures or gifts, is not very expressive so he doesn't do it through words-so how do I know?

Communication... is key for you... talk about what you just wrote here... tell him you are left wondering where you stand in the relationmship... explain to him that it is hard to guess what the other is feeling when the other person doesn't display any signs of affection... that may help break the ice a little between the two of you.... best wishes... and all will work out give it time stop thinking so much just live in the moment... that will help too.... !!!!

Well you cant really tell from what you have said, i mean this guy can be two things: 1, he is plain a wussy, and even tho he likes u he doesnt have the courage to do anythng, 2, but on the flipside, he could actually be in love wid some1 else and is just reluctant 2 tell u. What i think you should do is be honest and straight up about it. Trust me, guys like it when girls are honest, becuase guys hate beating around the bush, saying somthing and mean something else kindah stuff that girls do all the time. Just ask him, do u still like me?? and he will answer truthfully. However u shud be prepared 4 the truth.

Actions speak louder than words in any situation.
First of all, you may still want to give your relationship time. 4 months is still early, and everybody (whether we try to or not) has their guards up and aren't really themselves in the beginning of a relationship. Maybe he's just nervous and he's feelin' the waters to see if he's ready 2 open up to u. U know how men r, they have that ego thing...
Also, trust ur gut-feeling. U know how when you're shopping for the perfect outfit and everything u see, ur like, "nah, that's not it..." but u don't really know what ur looking for, and then as SOON as u see the PERFECT outfit, u just KNOW that it's the one u've been looking for?? Well, that's how love is. You'll just know.

at the end of the day, you're happy or your not. if you're not getting what you want/need out of the relationship then it's not going to work. he's got to show in SOME way that he loves and appreciates you. If he truly does, then you can understand and appreciate his ways of showing you he cares. you two should be comfortable around one another--enough so that you can communicate about these things. if you can't talk about it, then your relationship is going nowhere really fast. i'd talk to him about it and explain that you're not looking to be showered with compliments, but that you're sincerely worried about your relationship and want to love/be loved!
