I dowloaded a set files form SPSS software, I could'nt open it, I need to know about the way of reding the content of those .sav files.

SAV files are used by many applications and have no standard. More often than not they are saved game files, or saved settings in an application. There is no end-all solution to view them.
I would recommend re-installing the application or finding the correct executable to install the application.

If you are sure they are SPSS files (I don't know what extension does SPSS use!!!), open SPSS, then try something like File => Open then select a file, then click open
you might need to choose "All Files" from the "Files of Type:" in the open file dialog.
If the SPSS software could not open them, they are most probably not SPSS Files.

Open them in the application which created them. These are usually saved game files.

the only application that must be anticipated to open them is the interest that created them. yet you dont could open a record to pass it to a distinctive region! purely dazzling click on them and press "replica", then pass to anyplace you prefer to place them, dazzling click, and press "paste".
