No, I seriously dount it. One, because of the nature of his crimes. Two for the lack of remorse and three due to Manson continually getting into trouble in jail.

Nope. He has said on more than one occasion that he can pick up his old life right wehre he left off the day he gets out and that he probably will. He has also refused to show any sign of remorse or regret for the LaBianca or Tate murders (even though he himself did none of the killing and never specifically said to kill those people, only that such event could start the racial war he exopected and was trying to initiate.) However, no matter what state he may be in, no matter what he says or does they will never allow him to be released. They made such a big deal out of making him an example that they cannot release him and maintain any degree of credibility. So no mater how many times he comes up for parole...he wont be released...ever. Too bad, too becasuse I know a few people that would like to work with him...myself included.

nope but the fact he is up for parole every few years goes to show you that Caliornia should have automatic life without parole for murder like many states do.
