It could be a vaccine reaction. It is the bodies "normal' response when It cannot tolerate a antegen.Kinda like if you get bite by a spider, your body walls off and reacts to the site or orgion. Check for proper breathing and make sure the throat is open.Though this you would have noticed sooner. this is an extreem reaction, and more uncommon. Also you may notice a lump that can develop at the vaccine site. It too will or can take up to 1 week to go down.
It the limp gets worse, it may be a soft tissue injury or cruciate problem. Follow up with x-rays. Call the veterinary hospital and make an appointment if it persists.

Giving a dog a shot is just like us getting one - it's probably just slightly bruised, and there can be a small lump where the injection was. I would give it one more day - if he's still limping the second day, call the vet. In the mean time, try gently massaging the area to help alleviate pain along with 1 children's chewable aspirin.

My dog had a similar reaction, he had a large lump where he got the shots, I called the Vet about it and they said it was normal that some dogs got a bad reaction, but told me to wait around three days and see if the swelling went down...it did.

He maybe had a bad reaction or something, it could be just numb. Give it a little longer, unless he looks in pain, but if nothing changes and you're worried take him back to the Doc

wait a day and see if he gets better or worse... it could just be that his leg is sore from getting the needle .. kind of like when we get a flu shot.
and if it gets worse then u should take him back into the vet... but just give your vet a call and let them know whats gong on and ask if its normal.
Good luck

Call the vet and see if that is a side effect (probably is, so don't get too alarmed). It doesn't cost a thing to call the vet, they are accustomed to it.
