Some people say that they have. I am not sure how they can be so sure of themselves.

I have never had the experience of feeling the presence of a God. I do have the ability to feel my own presence, sometimes I feel my own presence with such intensity that I am in awe. Perhaps others who have had the same feeling believe it to be a God. I often get this feeling when I learn something new, or figure out an answer to a problem, such ah-ha moments are very stimulating.

Drugs can also induce feelings of intense stimuli often expressed by some as being the presence of God. I do not believe God has anything to do with this, I think it is ourselves that we are experiencing.

Yes. But if we look at God as an "experience" then we are missing the point of who God really is. I have felt His presence, been filled with the Spirit, and have had miracles (physical, spiritual, and financial) happen in my life. So I've seen the effects of God working in me and in others. So I have seen His effects as well as experiencing a bit of God. I know that even in all this-I have barely scratched the surface of God.

Yes, I have experienced the presence of God (Lord Jesus) many times.
For this, you must believe the presence of God first.
Then praise him for his mercy to men, for his miracles, for his deeds and for his might.
Automatically the spirit of the God will touch you and you can feel the same.

I HAVE.

I believe I feel the presence of God when I experience awe while observing nature.

I certainly do when I am doing a healing for someone.

Its not possible to experience the presence of something that doesn't exist. This is a nonsense question like what is the sound of one hand clapping or is there life after death.

His presence is with you continually, weather you fell Him or not. I feel Him mostly all the time.

John 14
16And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever;

17Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.
18 I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you.

John 14:26
26But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

Acts 1
4And, being assembled together with them, commanded them that they should not depart from Jerusalem, but wait for the promise of the Father, which, saith he, ye have heard of me.

5For John truly baptized with water; but ye shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost not many days hence.

Galatians 3:14
14He redeemed us in order that the blessing given to Abraham might come to the Gentiles through Christ Jesus, so that by faith we might receive the promise of the Spirit.

Ephesians 1:13
13And you also were included in Christ when you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation. Having believed, you were marked in him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit,

my life is filled with it. He lives in me. It's great, even when I'm down.

If by the "presence of God" you mean the literal voice of God, then no. but he speaks to me, all the time. Not by words.

Cool fact:

Humans communicate better with thier facial expressions than with words. God is much like that, though, I've never seen his face.

A good question. I hope you get serious answers instead of punks. I experience it quit often. I look up on a clear night and see his works in the constellations. I see a new born baby. I enjoy the time I have left with my wife. I feel good just sitting with friends, sometimes we say nothing just look and appreciate. Yes I am getting old, but remember, I was young too. So before any of you children launch into me. Your time will come, if you are smart enough, and I hope that you can experience the good that I have.

Always, when I stand for prayers, I know that God is watching me so I humble myself in submission to him.

and I say

[001.001] In the Name of God, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful.

[001.002] All the praises and thanks be to God, the Lord of the 'Alamîn (mankind, jinns and all that exists).

[001.003] The Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful.

[001.004] The Only Owner (and the Only Ruling Judge) of the Day of Recompense (i.e. the Day of Resurrection)

[001.005] You (Alone) we worship, and You (Alone) we ask for help (for each and everything).

[001.006] Guide us to the Straight Way

[001.007] The Way of those on whom You have bestowed Your Grace, not (the way) of those who earned Your Anger (such as the Jews), nor of those who went astray (such as the Christians).

Truly that is belief!
