Try scrambled eggs. They are a lot better and you can top them with things like shredded cheese. If you still want to make eggs over easy then just tilt the pan a little bit and try to turn them over quick.

1. Pour oil in hot non-stick pan.
2. Wait until oil is hot.
3. Carefully transfer/pour the egg from shell, not breaking the yolk.
4. When whites are almost done, tilt the pan a bit.
5. Whisk oil from the sides of the egg to the egg yolk/middle. This way, the yolk is somewhat cooked by the oil that comes over.

There, I hope it comes perfect this time.

I like to spray the pan, any type pan need a spray.let the pan get hot that the eggs are frying on contact. cook until you see the egg white cook, grab a mitt hold the pan up off the fire and shake the pan. the more oil in your pan the hotter your pan is and the quickness of your hands you cant go wrong, stay over your egg.EYES ON AT ALL TIMES.

Yry using a lower fire and let the oil heat slowly, I over easied my eggs by simply(litely) splashing the hot oil on the egg. That way you see when the white is cooked(non-runny)Then just scoop the cooked egg out---nice.An over easy egg is not hard cooked, so experiment and take your time, you'll do fine....

Spray your pan with Pam first. Also, the most common mistake people make is trying to flip the eggs too soon. Wait until the edges are very firm and bubbly before you flip them.

Cook it on low heat, so it don't burn on the edges the you can tell when it is ready to turn, then use a good spatula and slowly turn it.
