I think long hair is beautiful and feminine. Short hair is punky or efficient-looking, depending on the style. Sexy? A woman can be sexy with any length hair.

Long, Every woman can pull of long hair, unless its ridiculously long, while only some can pull off short.

It depends on the person and the face. Some women look sexier with short cuts (eg.charlize theron) and some others with long hair (eg.monica belucci)

if its healthy...long hair. My peeve is when people try to hold on to long hair that has thin and stringy ends.

Face shape is also very important. I personally think that people with super long faces ahould not have supper long hair. No longer than mid back . Long hair with no style elongates their face even more and looks weird.
