This is a fun hypothetical question! During the times of the bible's creation, wine was not seen as something inherently bad. If people smoked grass as a part of the culture, it wouldn't be seen as inherently bad. There are many religions that use mind altering substances in their rituals.
Some will use how we view grass currently, and say no, because Jesus is supposed to exemplify peace, morality and lovingness. However, remember he said that he did not come to bring peace, but a sword. He humiliated a woman begging him to heal her daughter. He ordered theft of someone else's property. He cursed a tree that was out of season because it did not have fruit (it was out of season Jesus!). I'd say this sounds like a few smokers I've had to counsel!

Think about what you are asking and that should answer your question. Satan did tempt the Lord. But Jesus Christ is perfect.
No He would not have smoked grass...why would He need to?

i certainly study this merely the different day: "interior the unique Hebrew text cloth of the previous testomony there are references to hemp, the two as incense, which replaced into an crucial area of religious occasion, and as an intoxicant"(Benet 1975). with the aid of comparative etymological learn, Bennett documented that interior the previous testomony and in its Aramaic translation, the Targum Onculos, hemp is noted as q'neh bosm which (variously translated as kaneh bosem, keneh bosem, kaniebosm ) and is likewise rendered in classic Hebrew as kannabos or kannabus. the basis " kan" in this shape potential "reed" or "hemp", mutually as "bosm" potential "fragrant". This notice recognized in Exodus 30:23, song of Songs 4:14., Isaiah 40 3:24, Jeremiah 6:20, Ezekiel 27:19." This seems to help using marijuana. however the Bible is replete with admonitions to no longer get inebriated, so smoking pot to the element which you're intoxicated isn't solid for you interior the long-term and could no longer deliver approximately the "existence extra significant" that Jesus has promised.

No one could know the real answer to this question although it may be interesting to see the answers. I think it would have alot to do with the context of the situation. I assure you he would not accept any from satan. If this was a common practice then He probably would.

Actually he was offered a drug at the cross and turned it down. Mark 15:23 says Then they offered him wine mixed with myrrh, but he did not take it. Myrrh was used as a numbing drug to help with the pain-it was a drug. Jesus turned it down-knowing His body was Gods and should be treated with respect and not abused it as it was not intended to be abused. Good ques.

The idea of asceticism was to experience "mystical insights" (or halucinations) through self deprivation-drugs would just have been a quicker and less unpleasant way of achieving that so Jesus would have used them.

Oh yes. I'm very sure he would have. After all, he drank wine. He wasn't above enjoying himself. He must have had sex too.
I mean he came to the earth to be human. If you don't have sex, you haven't lived life on earth completely.

I think it is a legitimate, albeit a misguided question. Jesus said to render Cesar what is his and God what is his. My interpretation is that we obey both God and Cesars laws. If it was against the law to smoke it, then I do not believe he would.

Jesus liked wine, so he likely would have enjoyed herbs, too.
