Is hell and heaven real????

I have been pondering this religious question for years. I have done a tremendous amount of research but not a single answer has pleased me. I will rely on the answers of Yahoo anwser to decide my faith.

Just because the Bible say it is real doesn't mean it is.

no. unicorns are real. you see, i fall into the religious category- unicornism.
you see, i beleive in unicorns; ruling the earth back in the early days. they created the earth, and there is no heaven and hell. when you die, you simply turn into a unicorn, that is, if you beleive in unicornism. if you don't, then you turn into a ghost.
unicorns became extinct long ago but their spirits still remain on this planet.
no one can see them exept for me, and other people who beleive in unicornism. i speak to the unicorns daily, so i know that this religion is to.
they even have their own special language. i have studied the langugage for a long time, so i learned how to speak it. it's a very complex language, but it has turned into an advantage for me because each day, the unicorns teach me more and more about their religion.
here is a verse from the unicorn tablets. The unicorn tablets are similar to the christian bible, exept they are all about the history of unicorns. so here's a verse from the tablets:

I believe there is a heaven and a hell. The reason I know is because it is in the Bible...although you said that doesn't mean it's so but it actually does! The Bible is God's word. The Bible is a written accountability of what happened before Jesus and After he was born, died and resurrected from the grave. It's kind of like NASA today taking notes of their flights into space....They record everything...different people see it in a different way but they're all talking about the same thing. The apostle John saw heaven and described it. He also saw hell. Others in the Bible saw it too. Jesus spoke of it.

It's also better to believe than not to. If you go through your life living a Christian life and you die and find out there's no heaven or hell then you haven't lost anything because you still had a wonderful life on earth but if you don't believe and then you die and find out there is then you have everything to lose by burning in an eternal fiery sea.
You shouldn't rely on Yahoo Answers to determine your faith but you should study the Bible with an open mind and get help from a preacher or clergy man because at first you won't understand it. i read the bible every day and basically where we are now is eventually going to be hell right now the inside of this earth is hell how do i know try having childhood experience in seeing real excercisms and 1 time when i was 16 i went on a plane to maryland right well i took pictures of the clouds and saw all of jesus' body except his head if u look at his head for long enough u can die early because of his beauty greater than anything terrestrial i cant wait to be a celestial being

Well if all the truth of the Bible and the long tradition of the church is not enough for you then you will certainly find out when you leave this world,the problem is of course it will be too late to do anything about it, that`s why it is best to believe and be safe than to doubt and be wrong, it is an eternity choice.

Oldguy is right.....if the Bible is true, you have your answer. And there is plenty of evidence that the Bible is true.....scientific proof included. You decide on your faith by beliefs created upon death?
Hell and heaven are only beliefs, not to say that they're real or not, but nobody knows what its like.
in the Christian belief hell is ruled by 'Satan' or Lucifer. My belief about hell is that you just die. End of your story.
Heaven is spent with God up in the light with all the angels.

So,hell and heaven is basically a state of mind!
