Christianity isn't the only religion that believes in God you know...people on this site seem to always forget that, thinking Christianity sums up every single existing religion out there. I'm not a Christian, but believe in God...so I'd still be considered God's servant.

They can say anything they want, but just like the millions who are NOT Christians and help others, they are really responding to a human urge. Every religion would love to copyright that urge as their own, but the fact that it exists in all cultures makes their claim baseless. (And NO, not all cultures have "A God" from which religious & moral tenets are derived. Some cultural ethical systems are independent of external deities.)

Only some Christians may say they are God's servants. Others just do it and don't expect any acknowledgment. It would be called being a good person.

If you're a volunteer who happens to not be Christian, you're someone who likes helping others. Also, other faiths do consider it to be a form of "God's work."

I suppose you are simply a humanitarian, doing volunteer work. Most volunteers do so because it makes them feel good, be it as "servants" to God or service to their fellow man. Christians do not have a monopoly on God however.

You are a person doing good works. However it is important to know that good works won't get you to heaven. Christians don't do good works to get into heaven, they do it because it is the right thing to do.

Apparently, if you're not God's servant, you're Satan's tools. Or so I've been told by xians.
