There are a few ways to deal with this.
1) Tell this person that they will have to ask the person themselves.
2) Smile and ask her why she wants to know?
3) Stand up ask if she would like to walk over to the person in question together and find out for sure?
Make it clear to this person that you don't gossip. You know that she will use any information you give her against you. She is no confidante to you. You could say "just like you now know I don't talk about so and so behind her back, you now know I won't talk about you behind yours!".
There are many people that are poorly socialized. They don't take hints. Sometimes all they understand is you making something crystal clear to them in no uncertain terms. Just be courteous yet firm for a bit with her. Let her know what is up. You'll be better off. Good luck!

Ditto Lord L. Tell them that it is none of their business and if someone wants them to have that information, then they will tell them. Be firm but not rude. They're obviously not getting it.

Tell her that it is inappropreate to gossip at work, and you want no part of it. And if she still insists than simply tell her to shut the F up and stop talking to you because you are no longer listening

Tell her even if you knew what was going on that it is not your place to tell others and that gossip has no place at work. All it does is create bad moral among other employees.

Definitely tell her! She is obviously not getting the hint.

The best reply is: I am not comfortable talking about someone else without their knowledge, if you want to know....ask them.

I would say please don't worry about other peoples business. That is personal information. Please stop bothering me. Those are some of the things that I would say. I hope that I have helped you.

Just tell her to do what you do, and MIND HER OWN BUSINESS

I would just start ignoring her babble and pretends she's not there.
