Seriousness, my bf left me because he has the hots for the girl in Harry Potter. No, not Emma Watson, the asian chick. I didn't know whether to laugh or to be hurt. So when he said he wanted to pursue the girl who plays Cho Chang I told him I'd support him. He got kinda mad at me and stormed outta my house.
wtf? I'm sooo confused. Like, should I be hurt that he's going after a girl who wouldn't give him the time of day? And why did he get mad at me anyways? And how am I supposed to feel that I'm now "competing" against an HP chick? haha
all jokes aside...this really happened xD

As hard as this is not to laugh at... I'll try to help.
First off, that is really funny. Second, it's a bit silly and stupid.
Reason why he might of gotten mad is because of these two possible solutions. 1. He is joking around about REALLY liking this Cho Chang. He might of wanted you to react in a jealous matter or at least have something to say against it. Why? because (I can't believe I'll say this) some guys like girls to feel a bit envious or jealous of another person or thing. It makes them feel proud of themselves and appreciated. Plus it proves that you care for them. This in my experience goes for women aswell.
2. Not to sound mean or anything, He needs to grow up a bit and not be such a big drama queen, but there are couples in which the roles almost switch. I.E. the guy acts a little more like the girl and the girl like the guy. In otherwords, he might be a little more sensative than you. I know it's hard to believe but it is possible.
So to answer, how you suppose to feel? I think you made that apparent by finding the humor in it. Just feel the way you feel, and tell him what your thoughts are if by some miraculous chance he dropped you and started dating Cho Chang. As ridiculous as that may sound, pretend if that were possible for him. You shouldn't feel bad or anything if he left you for not taking him seriously or jokingly. Most likely he wants to be appreciated by you.

Sorry this happened to you. I think it's better that he left anyway. It seems to me like he has trouble realizing whats real and whats fantasy. That dude is crazy. I understand that it's upsetting, and i don't blame you for hurting. But seriously, it's best that he's gone. You will find someone better and most importantly, sane.

Good lord Hun life is to short for a man to get man because he cant have a dream woman he'll probley never get, He should he thankful he has you and grow up. I different to think someone on TV is nice looking but to think he rather have her then you I think its time you dump the dreamer.
